- BMDP for Administration is PT SMART’s talent development programme especially designed to build your knowledge, skills and behaviour to help successful candidates in becoming a General Administration Head in our plantation.
Our requirements are as follow :
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum CGPA of 2.75
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have excellent administration skills and good understanding of bookkeeping and financial journals
- Demonstrate high integrity, proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Possess sound communication skills
Disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
